1. Shipping cost and time
- International shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination country, parcel weight and volume, the shipping channel chosen and customs clearance. We confirm both cost and estimated time for each order individually.
- Typical channels include international express, air freight and sea freight. We will suggest suitable options based on your order size and urgency.
- Estimated times are indicative only and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier schedules, holidays and events beyond our control.
2. Duties and import taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the order is confirmed. Please check your local import rules for motorcycle parts.
3. Packaging
Parts are packed for export (individual boxes with protective material, cartons on request). Packed weight and dimensions are available for each product on request and are used to calculate freight.
4. Tracking and documents
Once your order ships we provide the tracking number and, where applicable, commercial invoice and packing list. Original documents for sea/air freight are sent as agreed.
5. Address accuracy
Please provide a complete delivery address with a contact phone number. Re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect address are borne by the customer.
