These terms govern the use of this website and business-to-business transactions with Zhejiang Taizhou Hanlunte Trading Co., Ltd. (“Hanlunte”). By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Business-to-business sales

We sell motorcycle engine parts to importers, wholesalers, distributors, repair shops and other business customers. Quotations, minimum order quantities (MOQ), prices and lead times are provided per inquiry and are valid as stated in the quotation.

2. Quotations, orders and payment

• All quotations are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp). An order exists after we confirm your order and payment terms in writing.
• Prices are quoted per the agreed trade term (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF – Incoterms 2020) and currency in the quotation.
• Payment terms are stated in each order confirmation. Title of goods passes as agreed in the order confirmation.

3. Product compatibility

• Product codes, OEM numbers and compatible motorcycle models are provided for reference. You are responsible for final compatibility confirmation, which we are glad to assist with in writing before shipping.
• Products described as modified/performance parts are intended for off-road, racing or modified-vehicle use according to your local regulations.

4. Trademarks

Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Bajaj, TVS, Vespa, Piaggio and other brand and model names are used only to indicate compatibility reference. Hanlunte is an independent parts manufacturer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any vehicle manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Manufacturing tolerances

Precision parts are manufactured to the specifications agreed for each order. Standard production tolerances and material specifications are available on request.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the invoiced value of the affected items. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. loss of profit, vehicle downtime). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content of this website (text, images, layout) belongs to Hanlunte or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

8. Governing law

Transactions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes are resolved by friendly negotiation first.
